The Bridge Between AI Strategy and AI Execution

Most enterprise AI initiatives stall for the same reason: the people building the tools can't coach the organization, and the people who understand the organization can't build the tools.

I do both. With 12+ years leading transformation at Fortune 500 companies like CVS Health, Mastercard, and U.S. Bank, I bring the organizational change expertise to drive adoption alongside the technical capability to architect and deploy AI agents, automation pipelines, and custom applications.

Currently serving as Agentic Solutions Architect and Product Coach at CVS Health, where I assess workflows, design AI-powered solutions, build agentic systems, and coach product teams through large-scale transformation.

From Problem to Solution

Real stories from the intersection of building AI solutions and driving organizational adoption.

Enterprise Tooling

I Was Told to Wait 9 Months. I Built It in Weeks.

How I used AI-assisted development to build three browser-based tools for a Fortune 500 company when the traditional IT pathway was blocked.

3 Tools Built
Weeks vs. 9 Months
Zero IT Approvals Needed

The Problem

"Six to nine months." That's what IT told us. My teams needed tools. Not fancy tools. Not moonshot software. Simple, practical utilities that would save people hours of repetitive work every single week. And the answer was, "Get in line."

I sat in that meeting and watched the air leave the room. You could see it on people's faces. The slow nod. The quiet acceptance. Another request disappearing into a backlog that never gets shorter.

The Decision

I'm not a software engineer. I want to be clear about that. I'm an Agile coach. My skill set lives in the space between people and process, not in programming languages.

But I had been experimenting with AI-assisted development. And I had started to realize something: you don't need to be an engineer to build things anymore. You need to understand the problem deeply enough to describe it. You need to be willing to sit with the discomfort of not knowing what you're doing. And you need to just START.

What I Built

PowerPoint Generator

Generates standardized presentations automatically. Hours of manual formatting reduced to minutes.

WSJF Prioritization Calculator

Data-driven prioritization tool replacing gut-feel decisions with consistent, transparent scoring.

Jira Data Import Tool

Bulk import/export utility eliminating row-by-row copy-paste. An afternoon of work reduced to a few clicks.

All three tools: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No servers. No infrastructure. No IT approval required. They run in any browser on any machine.

The Real Lesson

Building the tools was the EASY part. Getting people to actually use them? That was the challenge. Because tools don't change behavior. People change behavior. And people don't change just because you hand them something better.

They change when they trust the person offering it. They change when they feel safe enough to try something new. They change when someone walks alongside them through the discomfort of doing things differently.

This is where my coaching background became the real superpower. Not the code. Not the AI. The ability to sit with a team, understand their resistance, and help them see that the new way wasn't a threat. It was a gift.
